Die belgische Finanzmarktaufsicht (Financial Services and Markets Authority) warnt vor mehreren nicht als Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen zugelassenen Firmen:
Warning against Lakepointe Capital Advisors / Browell Limited / IRS Clearing Consultancy
The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) warns the public against the activities of Lakepointe Capital Advisors, Browell Limited and IRS Clearing Consultancy, three companies that act in concert and claim to provide investment services.
None of these three companies is an authorized investment firm in Belgium. They are therefore not allowed to offer investment services in or from within Belgium.
The FSMA thus advises against responding to any offers of financial service made by Lakepointe Capital Advisors, Browell Limited and IRS Clearing Consultancy and against transferring any money to an account these companies might mention.
Lakepointe Capital Advisors claims to be established at Level 10 The Plaza, 100 Old Hall Street, Liverpool, L39QJ, United Kingdom.
Browell Limited claims to be established at 16/Fn Sterling Centre, 11 CHEUNG, YUE Street, CHEUNG SHA WAN, HK – KOWLOON, HONG KONG.
IRS Clearing Consultancy claims to be established at CBC BLDG Business Center, 66766 Paseo de Roxas, Makati, PH – PHILIPPINES.
